Pwy / Retreat 01 / 2026 Last updated 05.05.2026

A week at the edge of the world.

Aegean · gulet at anchor

The only retreat I'm leading in 2026. One boat. Ten guests. Seven nights through the North Dodecanese, in partnership with YogaCruising — a crew that's been running this coast for twenty years.

Where The North Dodecanese, by sailboat
When 10 — 17 October 2026
Who Ten guests, one captain, one teacher

An invitation 01

There is nothing wellness about this trip. There is nothing optimized. We are not on retreat — we are at sea, the way people have been at sea for as long as people have known the difference between a coast and a horizon.

Each morning a new island. Practice on deck before the sun gets high. Swim before lunch. Read in the afternoon. Eat what the sea brings. Sleep with the salt still in your hair.

The teaching is the trip. The trip is the teaching. Show up, and the rest is hospitality and weather.
